Sunday evening for the western and central Oklahoma Panhandle and the
northwest Texas Panhandle due to strong winds and low afternoon
relative humidities.

Relative humidities of 15 percent or less with sustained 20 foot
winds of 20 mph or higher... and a high fire danger or greater are
forecast to occur. There is still some uncertainty with the strength
of the wind by Sunday afternoon during the lowest relative humidity.
A surface trough may move over the watch area which would tend to
decrease the wind in the afternoon.
