An area of light rain extending from Laredo northeast into central Texas will continue to spread east around 40 mph. The more widespread light rainfall area with isolated embedded breif moderate showers spread across inland areas north of a Victoria to Alice line. Areas further south can expect patchy to areas of light rain and drizzle. The area of rain willsweep across the area from west to east an will generally end by noon across the southern coastal Bend in teh Corpus Christi area and in the early afternoon across the northern coastal Bend in the Victoria area. Rainfall amounts will generally remain less than 1/10 inch.
