Through 5 PM...scattered showers with a few embedded thunderstorms will continue to build and move northwest at around 10 to 15 mph. The strongest storm activity is near the lower portions of Webb and Duval counties in an east-West Line from Laredo to Realitos. Activity will continue to increase during the afternoon hours. Moderate to heavy rainfall can be expected with some cloud to ground lightning. Rainfall amounts will generally be less than 1/2 of an inch...with isolated amounts up to 2 inches possible.
