the Neches River near Diboll.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:15 am Tuesday the stage was 12.3 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 13.4 feet by
Thursday morning.
