Flood Warning

Short-term forecast
Issued by the National Weather Service at 1:00 am CST on March 11, 2010

Patchy fog has developed across portions of extreme eastern Texas...southeast Oklahoma...southwest Arkansas...and north Louisiana early this morning. Visibilities may be reduced to one mile at times...especially in low lying areas and near bodies of water. Motorists traveling overnight should use low beam headlights and allow for extra travel time. The fog should gradually lift later this morning across southeast Oklahoma...southwest Arkansas...and portions of East Texas as additional dry air filters southeast into the region behind a dryline passage.
